At Bellrock Health, we are dedicated to helping our clients overcome life transitions, injury recovery, and health challenges. Our team of experienced occupational therapists provides personalized therapy to treat soft tissue and orthopedic injuries, concussions, and mental health issues, including trauma, depression, and anxiety. We also offer ICBC-covered occupational therapy for motor vehicle accidents. Our goal is to empower our clients and help them achieve their full potential in all areas of life.
Bellrock Health is anchored by Crystal, a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a Master's degree from the University of Toronto. Her extensive clinical experience has enabled her to refine her skills in various environments, such as home, community, and clinic-based rehabilitation. She specializes in assisting individuals who are dealing with chronic pain and those recovering from concussions.

Understanding the immense challenges faced by those with complex injuries, Crystal is committed to continuous professional development. Her expertise is enriched by specialized training in areas such as Chronic Pain and CRPS, Assertiveness Training, Concussion Recovery Strategies, Relaxation Training, Return to Work Planning, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cost of Future Care Assessments, and Functional Capacity Evaluations.
Crystal’s proficiency extends to handling ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims, including Occupational Rehabilitation Programs and Return to Work Support Services. Her expertise spans a wide array of industries, encompassing not only healthcare, construction, and the food sector, but also extending to fields such as technology, education, retail, and more. This diverse background has equipped her with the proficiency to conduct comprehensive worksite assessments and accurately determine return-to-work readiness, taking into account a variety of personal, occupational, and environmental factors.

Recognized for her expertise, Crystal has been accepted as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of British Columbia in occupational therapy, Cost of Future Care analyses, and Functional Capacity Evaluations. Her skills in medical-legal assessments are sought after by both plaintiff and ICBC defense counsel.

As a registrant in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia, Crystal upholds the highest standards of her profession. Additionally, her ability to communicate fluently in Cantonese allows her to connect with and assist a broader range of clients.

Outside of her professional realm, Crystal loves spending time with her family in the great outdoors. Whether it's fly fishing in serene waters, camping under the stars, or exploring new travel destinations, she finds joy and rejuvenation in nature.
