Crystal Fong
Registered Occupational Therapist
MScOT, University of Toronto
Crystal holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and has refined her practice across home, community, and clinic-based settings. She specializes in chronic pain, CRPS, and concussion recovery, with advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Cost of Future Care assessments. She handles ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims across a wide range of industries and is recognized as an expert witness by the Supreme Court of British Columbia — trusted by both plaintiff and ICBC defense counsel.

Konica is on the RASP-list (Registry of Autism Service Providers) as a supervised OT, with in-depth expertise in sensory processing, neurodiversity-affirming care, child development, and physical modalities.
